Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
In how many ways can I pay for my subscription?
Invoice-based billing is available for businesses. You can pay either by bank transfer or credit card. Paypal will be available soon.
Does the price increase as my team grows?
No. Under your purchased plan, the price doesn’t increase as the number of clients, vehicles, or branches increases.
How can I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime directly from your account settings with no long-term commitment. The pause may stay for two months. After three months, our team will communicate with you to decide whether to stop and retrieve your data or to resume.

Free trial terms of use

  1. The free trial starts instantly and lasts 24 hours. It includes one branch, one user and sample data. Documents printed during the trial carry a TRIAL watermark and are not valid invoices.
  2. One free trial per business, mobile number and device. Opening several trials, or signing up with false details, ends every trial involved.
  3. You may not copy, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer GARMYX, its apps or its API, try to extract its source code, data model or design, or use it to build a competing product.
  4. You may not scrape, automate, overload or probe the platform, or bypass its security, limits or licensing. Trial accounts are rate limited per network and per device.
  5. To protect the service we record sign-in, device and network information and watch for unusual activity. An account involved in abuse may be suspended without notice.
  6. Subscribing to a paid plan unlocks every feature and limit and keeps all the data entered during the trial.

Terms of Use & Privacy

We use the details you send only to contact you about Garmyx and to open your trial account. We do not sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
